Dr. Kassandra Fair was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Arizona to attend college at Arizona State University. She started her journey in medicine as a medical scribe in the emergency department. She then became a scribe in an OB/GYN office. This is where she found her love for women’s health and determination to become an OB/GYN doctor. She attended Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa. Dr. Fair completed board certification in 2026.
Dr. Fair believes every woman should feel heard and known by their physician. She believes that the mind, body and spirt are intricately related to the overall wellbeing of the person. Dr. Fair specifically enjoys teaching patients how to stay active during pregnancy and recover during the postpartum period. She is also passionate about gynecological procedures and surgery.
Dr. Fair met her husband in residency and got married in Oklahoma. Together they have two kitties (Cooper and Oakley) and a golden retriever (Thad). Once she realized you don’t have to shovel sunshine, they moved back to Arizona to join Lilac OB/GYN. Dr. Fair enjoys spending time exercising, watching sports and doing puzzles. She also loves trying new restaurants and spending time at the pool. She is so excited to care for women living in the East Valley and feels blessed to have been given this opportunity.
