Dr. Alexa Allen received her medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. During her training, she pursued additional education in Integrative Medicine, allowing her to provide a more holistic and well-rounded approach to women’s healthcare. She is passionate about combining evidence-based medicine with thoughtful, individualized care to support the overall wellbeing of her patients.
Dr. Allen is dedicated to creating a compassionate and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. She believes that caring for women extends beyond physical health and strives to address the connection between mind, body, and wellness in every stage of life.
Born and raised in the Phoenix area, Dr. Allen grew up as the second oldest of 12 children in her family, which helped shape her strong sense of compassion, responsibility, and connection to others. She now lives in Chandler with her husband, their son, and their golden retriever “Red”, and is grateful to be able to provide care to women in the community that she calls home.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Allen enjoys spending time in the sun going boating and paddle boarding. She also loves getting lost in a good book and exploring local coffee shops or perfecting her favorite at-home lattes.
