Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS)
Position Location: Phoenix, AZ
Join a high-growth, physician-owned women’s health group and build a high-volume surgical practice supported by strong internal referrals and modern facilities. This role focuses on advanced minimally invasive procedures (laparoscopic, robotic, hysteroscopic) for complex benign gynecologic conditions including fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic pain. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, MFM, and subspecialists in a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment.

Practice full-scope midwifery with meaningful autonomy in a high-need rural community while collaborating closely with experienced OB/GYN support. Provide care across prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and well-woman services, with access to modern tools including ultrasound, tele-MFM, and AI-supported workflows.
