I've used Dr. Austin for two pregnancies and had excellent experiences. Dr. Kinsler was the on-call doctor who delivered my second baby - she took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided thorough explanations - she went above and beyond for me even though I was not her actual patient and I can't thank her enough for the support! I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an OB/GYN.

This place is AMAZING! I was with Desert West OBGYN for 30 years and recently switched to NVWC. The office is great. The Dr. is great. Scheduling is fast and they do all testing right there in the same place. Very happy that I finally switched to North Valley Women's Care and I highly recommend.

Dr. Reise is wonderful! I picked this place randomly because it was close to my house and she provided excellent care for me throughout my pregnancy. When complications arose, Dr. Reise handled them very well and assured me throughout the whole process. Thanks to her my delivery went smoothly and I felt very cared for by her.

Dr Melissa Austin is amazing, she is very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was of great help when it came to writing a very detailed doctor's note to my employer about my pregnancy and the complications that I am having. My employer has been making it a pain with accommodating me during this time, but Melissa Austin was very detailed in her note to make sure that my job does not continue to keep me in a stressful environment

Dr Reise was so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away. I also saw the nurse practitioner and she was equally as awesome. She happily answered all my questions. Samantha always takes the time to sit down and speak with your before and after the exam. Additionally, she answers any and all questions you have before she leaves the room. I believe they make the appts far enough apart so she is able to take this time with each of her patience. I love this place!

The facility offers so much for women it's always a clean place. Dr. Reise is amazing she shows she cares about more than just your health. I came to Dr Austin specifically when I found out I was having twins. Great care during pregnancy and she delivered my twins via C-section. I felt very calm and confidant in her and my delivery was smooth and positive! Their staff is also very friendly and helpful. Front desk always kept me in the loop with appointment changes or if they were running behind. Scheduling was always easy. Their ultrasound techs and nurses are knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands.
