Dr. Lexy Cochran was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. Her journey into medicine began at age 16 when she became a CNA and worked in nursing homes, where she developed a passion for caring for others.
She attended Newman University and earned her undergraduate degree before going on to receive her medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. It was during medical school that Dr. Cochran discovered her passion for the field of OB/GYN. She was drawn to OB/GYN because of the unique combination of surgical care and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients throughout different stages of life.
Dr. Cochran then completed her OB/GYN residency at TriHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Cochran enjoys spending time by the pool, exploring new restaurants, and golfing. She deeply values time with family and friends and is excited to begin this next chapter in Phoenix, where she looks forward to embracing the sunny weather and providing compassionate, patient-centered care to her community.
