Growing up on the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, Kelsey Johnston (she/her) is a proud Midwest native. While raised in Minnesota, she is an avid cheesehead and Packer fan! Kelsey moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. She spent most of her nursing career working in high-risk obstetrics. Wanting to become more involved with women’s care, Kelsey pursued her Master’s degree in nursing at Grand Canyon University, where she became a board-certified nurse practitioner. Kelsey is dedicated to providing quality care to women during all stages of life. Her specialty areas include adolescent and young adult care and breastfeeding support.
Kelsey lives in Gilbert with her husband and two daughters. When not at Lilac, she can be found chasing her girls around at the park or cheering too loud at the soccer field. Kelsey enjoys reading, uninterrupted naps, and traveling with her family. Favorites include: anything buffalo plaid, coffee, and Arizona winters.
