Nurse Practitioner

Montana Augustine, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to helping women feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and spent nearly a decade caring for patients in Trauma/Neuro ICU and procedural care before earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona.

Montana has a special passion for treating chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and dysmenorrhea. Her interest is deeply personal, having experienced endometriosis herself. She understands how frustrating it can be to search for answers and believes every woman deserves compassionate care and a provider who truly listens. During her doctoral program, she completed her dissertation on chronic pelvic pain and acupuncture while training alongside Dr. David Glassman, with whom she has worked caring for gynecologic patients in both the hospital and clinic.

Her philosophy of care is simple: treat every patient the way she would want her own family treated. She partners with each woman to develop an individualized care plan and encourages patients to advocate for their health with confidence.

Outside of the office, Montana enjoys traveling, horseback riding, staying active, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two dogs and cat.
